PREDATORY BUILDERS

​Who would get massive as-of-right building access to our towns and cities, disregarding our town charters, ordinances, and financial realities. One-size-fits-all zoning policy mandated by the state will result in overburdening of local infrastructure, higher property taxes and/or potentially diminished services.

A town charter is the most important legal document a town has.

109 towns operate under a town charter. This means, Nutmeggers across our state intentionally gathered in their towns and cities to create local Constitutions to trust and govern themselves and to protect them against the state.
