Dear Governor Lamont,
Do not use State monies to fund programs by unincorporated groups such as desegregate ct which have close relationships and/or are sponsored or backed by development-based New York State nonprofits (RPA) whose leaders and board members are large developers looking to expand development into CT. Development advocates should not have an official role in advising towns on their land use planning. Towns have their own planning staff. Other advocates such as open space groups, historical preservation groups and homeowner groups should have equal voice in development planning in their communities.
